Consent to the processing of personal data according to GDPR

I hereby confirm and grant to the Community of Owners Resort Svět s.r.o., ID No.: 24183687, with registered office at Hlavní 29, 277 45, Úžice u Kralup nad Vltavou (hereinafter referred to as the "Community"), my consent to the processing of my personal data for the purpose of ensuring the management of the house and land under the conditions set out below.

I acknowledge that the Community will process the following data about me on the basis of this consent:

• phone number;
• e-mail address;
• name and surname;

(hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data").

The purposes of processing include, in particular, activities consisting in requesting services and subscribing to newsletters.

This consent is effective from 1.5.2018 and remains valid until 25.5.2025 or until I revoke it. I acknowledge that I have the right to:

• withdraw consent at any time; the appeal may be made either in writing or in person at the address of the seat of the Community;
• to request information from the Community on what personal data it processes about me;
• to request clarification from the Community regarding the processing of personal data;
• request access to such data from the Community and have them updated or corrected;
• request from the Community the erasure of such personal data or the restriction of processing;
• in case of doubt about compliance with the obligations related to the processing of personal data, contact the Community or the Office for Personal Data Protection.
