Dear guests, this year our restaurant Ranč will also join the beautiful tradition of serving St. Martin's goose, to which we will also open and serve young wines from the Vajbar winery.
We will prepare the family geese by slow roasting them on the fire in our special grill "carousel". Family goose must be booked at least 24h in advance.
